Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over HKD 2000 for Macau, Hong Kong and Mainland China. For the rest of the world we offer free shipping on all orders above HKD5000.
Who do you use for shipping?
We offer paid rates on SP Express for overseas shipping. These are calculated rates at checkout. Your order will ship the same day if received by 12am on a weekday.
Will I need to pay Duties & Taxes on my order?
Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency of your destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
How do I make a payment on the website?
When you are ready to proceed to the checkout, follow the steps given so that we can confirm all your details, including payment authorization. We will then acknowledge your order by email.
